CRBT 605 ultra‑thin crossed roller bearing maintains high rigidity even with extremely thin wall thickness. It bears radial, axial and tilting moment loads together with low start‑up torque. Widely deployed for medium‑small robot joints, industrial pan‑tilt mechanisms, optical inspection equipment and precision rotary positioning systems.
CRBT series crossed roller bearings are ultra-compact, ultra-thin lightweight crossed roller bearings with integral inner and outer rings. Cylindrical rollers are arranged alternately at 90°, enabling a single bearing to simultaneously support radial loads, bidirectional axial loads, and tilting moment loads. Compared with the CRBS (RA type), the thickness is significantly reduced with a cross-section width of only 5mm, offering lighter weight, minimal space occupation, and ultimate lightweight construction.
The raceways are manufactured with ultra-precision grinding, achieving accuracy grades up to P4/P2, with controllable rotational clearance and stable friction torque. Rigidity is superior to thin-section ball bearings of the same size. Materials are available in GCr15 bearing steel or 440C stainless steel, with open or sealed configurations.
Widely used in small collaborative robot joints, humanoid robot gimbals, medical imaging equipment, miniature harmonic drive modules, surveillance turntables, precision inspection instruments, and other compact, lightweight precision rotating mechanisms. They are ideal as core support bearings for miniature, high-precision, compact equipment.
