CRBTF405 crossed roller bearing is specially designed for compact rotary structures requiring convenient installation. The integrated inner‑outer rings are equipped with standard mounting holes, eliminating extra flange processing. It bears multi‑direction combined loads of radial, bidirectional axial and tilting moment, keeps high rigidity and high rotary accuracy. Widely adopted for robot rotary joints, monitoring pan‑tilt mechanisms, laboratory precision instruments and compact automation rotary machinery.
CRBTF series crossed roller bearings are ultra-slim, lightweight bearings with a width of just 5mm, featuring mounting holes on both the inner and outer rings. The cylindrical rollers are arranged alternately at 90°, enabling a single bearing to support radial, axial, and tilting moment loads simultaneously. Available in open configurations only, with inner diameters ranging from 10mm to 40mm. These bearings deliver exceptional rigidity (3-4 times that of ball bearings), high rotational accuracy, and significant weight savings, making them ideal for industrial robot joints, collaborative robots, medical equipment, and compact automation applications.
