CRBTF205 crossed roller bearing adopts ultra‑thin sectional structure with pre‑drilled mounting holes on both inner and outer rings, simplifying whole machine assembly work. It can withstand complex multi‑direction combined loads including radial load, bidirectional axial load and tilting moment. It features low starting torque and high running precision, suitable for collaborative robot components, medical rotary parts, mini pan‑tilt devices and compact precision rotary equipment.
CRBTF series crossed roller bearings are ultra-slim, lightweight bearings with a width of just 5mm, featuring mounting holes on both the inner and outer rings. The cylindrical rollers are arranged alternately at 90°, enabling a single bearing to support radial, axial, and tilting moment loads simultaneously. Available in open configurations only, with inner diameters ranging from 10mm to 40mm. These bearings deliver exceptional rigidity (3-4 times that of ball bearings), high rotational accuracy, and significant weight savings, making them ideal for industrial robot joints, collaborative robots, medical equipment, and compact automation applications.
